Originally formed in 2007 by Kevan Noseworthy as a new project to keep himself and his musical genius occupied after the breakup up the band ALLERA.

He then ventured out searching for some sexy sexy sexy band members to join his quest for the musical holy grail but unfortunately after coming up with no sexies sexy enough, the safety routine remained a solo acoustic project.

Until 2009, when he called upon his three long time friends Evan, Zach and Brody for some help to let his dream spring fourth and dance with little to no pants on.

Since then the band has been searching for its true sound that is *THE sound* we know will make your lives change.

So the safety routine is basically  what defines MUSIC. so sit back and enjoy the ride of your life ;).... seriously we are that good.
